I'm not happy about the dish.

The price is absurd. It's too expensive.

A: Oh?... Excuse me, I didn't order this dish.
甲：哦？喂，這不是我點的菜。

B: Oh, yes, please don't worry. That wouldn't be charged.
乙：哦，不用急。您不用付這道菜的錢。

A: Then, what's the story?
甲：那是怎么回事兒呢？

B: That's an offer free of charge.
乙：這道菜是免費提供的。

A: Oh! Thank you.
甲：哦！謝謝。

B: You're welcome. Please enjoy it.
乙：不客氣。請慢用。

(A guest is complaining about the pork she ordered.)
（一位顧客在抱怨她點的豬肉。）

Waiter: Is everything to your satishaction, madam?
服務(wù)員：一切都合您的意嗎，女士？

Guest: No. The pork I ordered was not fresh.
顧客：不。我點的菜里面豬肉不新鮮。

Waiter: Oh! I'm sorry to hear that. This is very unusual as we have fresh pork from the regular supplier every day.
服務(wù)員：哦！很抱歉聽您這么說。這種事很少發(fā)生。我們每天從固定的供應(yīng)商進貨。

Guest: So what? It's not fresh indeed and I'm not happy about it.
顧客：那又怎么樣？肉確實不新鮮。我很不滿意。

Waiter: I'm sorry, madam. Do you wish to try something else? That would not be charged, of course.
服務(wù)員：很抱歉，女士。您想嘗嘗別的菜嘛？當然是免費的。

Guest: No. I wouldn't try anything more, and find it is not fresh again! This is very annoying, you know.
顧客：不，我不想再吃什么了。你知道再發(fā)現(xiàn)不新鮮的東西是非常令人討厭的。

Waiter: Yes. But please be assured that we will look into the matter.
服務(wù)員：是的。不過請放心。我們會調(diào)查此事的。

Guest: OK.
顧客：好吧。

Waiter: What about a delicious dessert, then, with our compliments?
服務(wù)員：那么來點兒可口的甜點怎么樣？請免費品嘗。

Guest: I'm not so keen on desserts as a habit. They are fattening.
顧客：我不習(xí)慣吃甜點。甜點容易使人發(fā)胖。

Waiter: I see, madam. I'm sure everything will be right again the next time you come.
服務(wù)員：我知道了，女士。我保證下次您再來時一切都會好的。

Guest: You're very sure of it? But I'm very fussy.
顧客：你這么確定？不過我很挑剔。

Waiter: I have every confidence in our chef. Just give us another chance.
服務(wù)員：我非常相信我們的廚師。只不過需要再給我們一次機會。

Guest: All right. I'll come again.
顧客：好吧。我會再來的。

Waiter: Thank you very much, madam. See you next time.
服務(wù)員：非常感謝，女士。下次再見。
