A:上次你們的貨物中有i箱品質(zhì)規(guī)格與樣品不符。

B: I've no idea of what is happening. There hasn't been such a thing with us. Maybe the factory sent the wrong boxes.

B:這是怎么回事，我們從來沒發(fā)生過這樣的事。也許是工廠方面搞錯了。

A: Here is what differs from your sample.

A:這是與樣品不符的東西。

B: I got it.l am contacting the factory right now.

B:我馬上與廠方聯(lián)系。

B: I am sorry and we are responsible for the mistake. we will exchange all merchandises that fall short of our sample.

B:這次差錯完全是我們的責任。非常抱歉。與樣品不符合的貨物全部無償調(diào)換。

A: We will not get to the bottom since this is the first claim.
