S: Hi, welcome to Hal's Computer World. Can I help you with anything?

C: Yes, I'd like to buy a new computer, but I don't really know much about them. Can you give me any suggestions?

C: Laptops are more expensive, right?

S: Yes, they generally cost a little more.
