　　[誤] The State Council agreed to the plan for further development of tourism early this year.

　　[正] The State Council approved the plan for further development of tourism early this year.

　　注：agree 是“同意”的意思，一般指同級的人或機構之間經過討論協(xié)商取得一致的意見，approve 是權力機關對某項計劃、措施、行動、方法等的“批準”、“同意”。也可表示上級對下級、長輩對小輩之間的“同意”。
