始記篇 NO.5：

將聽(tīng)吾計(jì)，用之必勝，留之;將不聽(tīng)吾計(jì)，用之必?cái)?，去之?/p>

計(jì)利以聽(tīng)，乃為之勢(shì)，以佐其外。

勢(shì)者，因利而制權(quán)也。

這句啥意思：

將領(lǐng)聽(tīng)從我的計(jì)策，任用他必勝，我就留下他;將領(lǐng)不聽(tīng)從我的計(jì)策，任用他必?cái)。揖娃o退他。

聽(tīng)從了有利于克敵制勝的計(jì)策，還要?jiǎng)?chuàng)造一種勢(shì)態(tài)，作為協(xié)助我方軍事行動(dòng)的外部條件。

勢(shì)，就是按照我方建立優(yōu)勢(shì)、掌握戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)主動(dòng)權(quán)的需要，根據(jù)具體情況采取不同的相應(yīng)措施。

英文這么說(shuō)：

The general that hearkens to my counsel and acts upon it, will conquer: let such a one beretained in command! The general that hearkens not to my counsel nor acts upon it,will sufferdefeat:--let such a one be dismissed!

While heading the profit of my counsel,avail yourself also of any helpful circumstances overand beyond the ordinary rules.

According as circumstances are favorable,one should modify one's plans.

《教你如何打勝仗》

1、打仗要考慮的因素：得道者多助，上下同欲;天時(shí)、地利是戰(zhàn)的客觀因素; 選將的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是從高到低為：智、信、仁、勇、嚴(yán)。

2、打仗的常態(tài)：詭道

3、勝仗的前提：打勝仗需要廟算，定勝負(fù)在于千里之外
