大家好!廣播學(xué)口語(yǔ)又和大家見(jiàn)面了。這里是Andy老師。人們說(shuō)：生命在于運(yùn)動(dòng)。怪不得老老少少齊健身呢!就連學(xué)校也開(kāi)運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)。

學(xué)校里招開(kāi)運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)，可以忙壞了John，因?yàn)檫\(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)上他報(bào)了三個(gè)項(xiàng)目。John看樣子文質(zhì)彬彬的，誰(shuí)會(huì)想到他會(huì)有此壯舉呢。只見(jiàn)John出入健身房的次數(shù)越來(lái)越多了。He said "I haven’t had any exercise for six months, so it’s going to be hard to get into shape." "get into shape"是什么意思呢?別著急，它是我們今天要學(xué)習(xí)的俚語(yǔ)。"shape"形狀，"get into shape"從面上看是成形的意思，我們可以理解為"鍛煉，使身體強(qiáng)壯"的意思。那么他說(shuō)的是"I haven`t had any exercise for six months, so it`s going to be hard to get into shape."(我已經(jīng)有六個(gè)的時(shí)間沒(méi)有鍛煉了，要強(qiáng)壯起來(lái)可不容易)

鄰家小弟也說(shuō)I want to get into shape by doing exercises!(我要做運(yùn)動(dòng),使身體強(qiáng)壯起來(lái)!)

鍛煉不只可以強(qiáng)壯身體，還可以調(diào)節(jié)我們的心情。據(jù)專家研究，鍛煉后，人的大腦可以處于興奮的狀態(tài)。你是不是也有這樣的感覺(jué)呢。I feel like a new man after some exercise.(做了一些運(yùn)動(dòng)之后，我感覺(jué)如同獲得新生一樣)"feel like a new man",就是"感到有如新生一般"。千萬(wàn)不要譯成“重新做人”。人逢喜事精神爽，難怪這幾天Andy樂(lè)得臉上都開(kāi)了花兒似的。I am energetic and feel like a new man for the boss praised me in the conference.(在會(huì)議上老板表?yè)P(yáng)了我，讓我感覺(jué)如同新生一般，感覺(jué)力量都用不完)
