運營商“邊界漫游”遭吐槽

在自己家用手機也要被扣“邊界漫游”費，這種情況每天都發(fā)生在行政區(qū)劃交界處的居民身上。

三大運營商(three biggest telecom carriers)集體推出“提速降費”(elevate the country's broadband speed and coverage, while lowering Internet fees)后，又被廣大用戶逮到另一槽點漫游費(roaming fees)。

網(wǎng)友認為，國際漫游費(international roaming fees)可以理解，因為運營商需要在海外租賃設(shè)施(rent facilities)成本頗高，但國內(nèi)城際漫游費(domestic cross-city roaming fees)實無道理，因為各大運營商的基站早已遍布全國，成本幾乎為零。

而邊界漫游費則令人啼笑皆非，這屬于“偶然漫游”(accidental roaming)或“無意識漫游”(inadvertent roaming)。邊界地區(qū)，由于基站信號交叉覆蓋(signal overlapping)，手機不知不覺中使用了更強的外地基站信號(the stronger signal)，進而產(chǎn)生了巨額漫游費(leave the user liable for substantial bills)。
