Nancy：They get to make all the decisions.

Victor：那么這個(gè)board就表示董事的意思。

Nancy：The meeting is where they make the decisions.

Victor：meeting就表示董事會(huì)board meeting。

Nancy：And the leader of the board is the chairman， or the chairwoman of the board.

Victor：那么董事會(huì)的主席我們可以叫做chairman或者叫chairwoman。

Nancy：Ok，so there’s a board meeting tomorrow.
