背景說(shuō)明

Amy和Steve計(jì)劃到中國(guó)，目的是檢察中國(guó)的支行下半年的產(chǎn)品及營(yíng)銷(xiāo)計(jì)劃。于是Amy發(fā)了一封正式的E-mail，詢(xún)問(wèn)中國(guó)消費(fèi)金融的負(fù)責(zé)人John是否同意，John若同意，再由Amy的老板Neal發(fā)一封正式的信給中國(guó)的首席執(zhí)行官，做最后確認(rèn)。

Following our coordination with Carol, this is to seek your formal endorsement for our trip to China from Apr. 26 to 27. Steve Chou will represent the Marketing team, while I will represent the Product team. Upon your confirmation, we'll arrange approval from your CEO via Neal.
