　　這道題我們可以借用美國(guó)歷史上著名的政治家，費(fèi)城實(shí)驗(yàn)的執(zhí)行人Benjamin Franklin說過的一句話：

　　Early to bed and early to rise , makes a man healthy , wealthy and wise.(早睡早起讓人健康、富有和睿智。)

　　當(dāng)然我們要簡(jiǎn)單地設(shè)計(jì)一下，我們可以在一個(gè)分論點(diǎn)中說到這樣一句話：

　　I will suggest my friend to go to sleep as early as possible, according to Benjamin Franklin, Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise, and it is definitely a right thing to do.
