　　目前在中國的網(wǎng)民中有80%的人經(jīng)常瀏覽或有時(shí)瀏覽電子商務(wù)網(wǎng)站。價(jià)格相對較低的圖書、音像制品、鮮花、禮品以及票務(wù)服務(wù)等是近期網(wǎng)上消費(fèi)的主要熱點(diǎn)。網(wǎng)民最常使用的網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)是電子郵件，平均每位用戶擁有2至3個(gè)賬號。除此之外，人們越來越多地上網(wǎng)聽音樂、看電影。而網(wǎng)民最反感的問題是網(wǎng)絡(luò)病毒、彈出式(pop.up)廣告和網(wǎng)絡(luò)入侵。
