A: So, how much do you sleep?
 
你睡多長(zhǎng)時(shí)間？
 
B: Well I think I sleep a lot, usually at least 8 hours I think that's, that's the usual for me. How about you?
 
我睡得很多，通常我至少會(huì)睡8個(gè)小時(shí)，我基本上是這樣。你呢？
 
A: Oh really, about 6 hours I guess, if I have 6 hours that's enough.

B: 6 hours, is that enough?
 
6個(gè)小時(shí)夠嗎？
 
A: Yes and normally because I sleep late and I have to get up early so 6 hours is enough for me.

B: Wow if I sleep 6 hours I would definitely take a nap after lunch. Do you take naps?

A: Well it depends. If I don't have any class I would sleep but normally I don't.

B: Wow, how about the weekends do you also sleep like 6 hours?
 
哇哦，那周末呢，你周末也只睡6個(gè)小時(shí)嗎？
 
A: No I sleep a lot on Saturdays because I normally didn't have anything to do so I will recharge my batteries and just sleep all morning.
 
不是，我周六睡得時(shí)間很長(zhǎng)，因?yàn)槟翘煳覜](méi)什么事做，所以我會(huì)給身體充電，睡一上午。
 
B: How about Sundays?
 
那周日呢？
 
A: On Sundays I normally get up early and do something and spend my Sundays with my friend or go out. How about you?
 
周日我一般會(huì)早起，然后和朋友一起度過(guò)周日或是外出。你呢？
 
B: Well, the bad thing is on Saturdays and Sundays I still get up quite early so I don't get to sleep more than the week but since I still, you know, sleep 8 hours every day so I think that's enough and if I'm tired from the week I think I can still take a nap and I will, you know, fix it, so yeah, I think I sleep a lot like more than a lot of people.
 
嗯，對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō)不好的是周六和周日我依然要早起，所以我周末睡得時(shí)間不比平常多，不過(guò)因?yàn)槲颐刻於妓?個(gè)小時(shí)，所以我覺(jué)得我的睡眠足夠了，如果我周中感覺(jué)累的話，我會(huì)睡個(gè)午覺(jué)，這樣可以緩解，我認(rèn)為我的睡眠時(shí)間比大部分人都多。
 
A: That's good.
