　　And the way that you should do it is pinch your nose and while your nose is pinched swallow or drink. Some people will pinch their nose and blow against the closed nose to force air into the ear.

　　This can be done as well, but it should be done gently. And if during this maneuver and you feel dizzy, you must stop immediately and not repeat the maneuver.
