A: Why do you look so tired?
B: I pulled an all-nighter studying for my statistics test. I'm thinking about dropping the course.
A: How come?
B: It's too hard for me. Even though I hit the books every night, I couldn't solve any problem. Last time when my teacher gave us a pop quiz, my mind
went totally blank. I'm bombed.
A: I know how you feel. But I think you shouldn't give up just because it's hard. You should stick with it and I'm sure you will find you've learned a lot by
the time it is over.
B: I'll try to hang in there for one more week:
A: 你為什么看起來這么疲憊？
B: 我通宵沒睡在準(zhǔn)備我的統(tǒng)計學(xué)考試。我在想不再讀這門課了。
A: 怎么了？
B: 這門課對我來說太難了。盡管我每天晚上都學(xué)習(xí)，我還是什么習(xí)題都不會解。上次我們老師對我們進(jìn)行小測驗的時候，我的腦子一片空白，就考砸了。
A: 我知道你的感受。但我認(rèn)為你不應(yīng)該因為它難就放棄，你應(yīng)該堅持住，我相信你在學(xué)期結(jié)束時會發(fā)現(xiàn)你已經(jīng)學(xué)到了很多。
B: 我再努力堅持一個星期。
