5月15日,人民銀行、銀保監(jiān)會發(fā)布相關(guān)通知,調(diào)整差別化住房信貸政策。對于貸款購買普通自住房的居民家庭,首套住房商業(yè)性個人住房貸款利率下限調(diào)整為不低于相應(yīng)期限貸款市場報價利率減20個基點,二套住房商業(yè)性個人住房貸款利率政策下限按現(xiàn)行規(guī)定執(zhí)行。
The decision is aimed at supporting firm and rational demand for housing and promoting the stable and healthy development of the real estate market, the statement said. To uphold the principle of "housing is for living in, not speculation" and fully establish a long-term mechanism for the smooth functioning of the real estate sector, cities will adopt measures in accordance with their distinctive local property industry conditions, it said.
通知指出,此舉旨在堅持房子是用來住的、不是用來炒的定位,全面落實房地產(chǎn)長效機制,支持各地從當(dāng)?shù)貙嶋H出發(fā)完善房地產(chǎn)政策,支持剛性和改善性住房需求,促進房地產(chǎn)市場平穩(wěn)健康發(fā)展。
