1.46萬(wàn)億元新增專(zhuān)項(xiàng)債提前下達(dá)

China's Ministry of Finance has allocated 1.46 trillion yuan from its 2022 quota for local government special bonds, as the country seeks to boost local infrastructure investment and steady economic growth for the upcoming year.

為助力地方基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資，穩(wěn)定經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)，財(cái)政部已向各地提前下達(dá)了2022年新增專(zhuān)項(xiàng)債限額1.46萬(wàn)億元。

Set to be issued and used in the first quarter, these special bonds are expected to "provide strong support for stabilizing the macroeconomic climate," Vice Minister Xu Hongcai said at a recent news conference.
財(cái)政部副部長(zhǎng)許宏才在近日召開(kāi)的政策吹風(fēng)會(huì)上說(shuō)，提前下達(dá)額度在明年一季度發(fā)行使用，"為穩(wěn)定宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)大盤(pán)提供有力支撐"。

According to a guideline jointly released by the ministry and the National Development and Reform Commission, the bonds will fund projects providing significant economic and social benefits, including those in transport infrastructure, energy, ecological conservation and government-subsidized housing.
根據(jù)財(cái)政部會(huì)同國(guó)家發(fā)改委聯(lián)合印發(fā)的通知，2022年專(zhuān)項(xiàng)債券重點(diǎn)用于交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、能源、生態(tài)環(huán)保、保障性安居工程等經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)效益明顯的重大項(xiàng)目。

The issuance will also prioritize projects that have been incorporated into the country's 14th Five-Year Plan and other major long-term strategies for regional development.
此外，要優(yōu)先支持納入國(guó)家"十四五"規(guī)劃綱要的項(xiàng)目，以及納入國(guó)家重大區(qū)域發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目。
