Governments should offer a free university education to any student who has been admitted to a university but who cannot afford the tuition.

Coming from a poor small town, I myself have known many teenagers, especially girls, who were forced to drop university due to financial difficulty. In order to save money for her younger brother, my best friend was cut off financially by their parents and never entered university despite the fact that she was much more excellent in school than her brother.
