1．客人基本到齊后禮貌詢問是否可以上菜，“打擾一下，請(qǐng)問可以上菜了嗎？”。如：

Excuse me, can I offer your order now? 打擾一下，我現(xiàn)在可以上菜了嗎？

2．上菜品前，應(yīng)清晰正確報(bào)出菜名，比如說“您好，這是……，請(qǐng)慢用！”。如菜品為特色菜，應(yīng)做出相應(yīng)的介紹和說明。如：

This one is called fried beef with green pepper. 這道菜叫做青椒炒牛肉。

This is your dumplings. Please put a little vinegar on the plate and dip them into it before eating. 這是您的餃子，請(qǐng)?jiān)诒P子上倒點(diǎn)醋，浸一浸再吃。

同時(shí)在上菜時(shí)若有必要，應(yīng)詢問一下顧客菜品的擺放位置。比如說應(yīng)如何擺放對(duì)客人來說更方便等。如：

Your fried peanuts, sir. Where shall I put it? 先生，這是您要的花生米。您看放哪兒好？

Shall I put the soup in the middle of the table? 我把湯放在桌子中央，好嗎？

3．當(dāng)因各種原因不得不推遲上菜或是有顧客催促上菜時(shí)，服務(wù)員應(yīng)先禮貌地表示歉意，然后再具體地說明原因，請(qǐng)求客人的原諒。如：

My order still hasn't come. Why does it take so long? 我點(diǎn)的菜還沒來，怎么這么長(zhǎng)時(shí)間?。?/p>

I'm sorry to have kept you waiting. 很抱歉，讓您久等了。

I'm really sorry about that, I'll tell the chef to hurry. 真的很抱歉，我會(huì)叫廚師快一點(diǎn)兒。

4．當(dāng)上最后一道菜時(shí)，應(yīng)告訴客人菜已上齊并真誠(chéng)地表達(dá)祝福。如：

This is the complete course. Take your time and enjoy yourself. 全部的菜已經(jīng)上齊了。您慢慢享用吧。

I hope you'll have a good time. 祝您玩得愉快。
