安排旅游時首先要了解來賓的愛好，然后根據(jù)他們的不同愛好安排不同的旅游景點。

此外，要安排好合適的導游人選。游覽之前，可以向來賓簡要介紹游覽地點，使他們對景點有個大致的了解。在游覽過程中，來賓也會提出各種各樣的問題，因此接待人員要提前搜集好有關景點的詳細介紹，這樣給來賓講解時才能重點突出，引人入勝。
