動(dòng)詞不定式可用作獨(dú)立成分，用來(lái)修飾整個(gè)句子，常見(jiàn)的有：
to begin with
to tell the truth
to make a long story short
so to speak
to be brief/exact/frank/honest
to say nothing of（姑且不說(shuō)）
to say the least（至少可以這么說(shuō)）
