“give or take”不是指“給或拿”，真實含義是相差不到...，出入至多...

【例句】
It'll be ready at 6:00, give or take a few minutes.
這個6點就會準備好，頂多相差幾分鐘。

She was about the boy's own age, give or take a year.
她的年紀和那男孩差不多大，偏差不超過一歲。
