從無(wú)到有，英文“0”的多重說(shuō)法一定要掌握！

“0”在英式英語(yǔ)中是“zero”，

　　但有時(shí)英國(guó)人也會(huì)用“nought”表示“0”。

　　如果“0”出現(xiàn)在telephone numbers, room numbers, bus numbers and dates-years,(電話(huà)號(hào)碼，房間號(hào)，公車(chē)號(hào)或是日期-年份中)，我們發(fā)“oh”的音。

　　會(huì)議在502房間召開(kāi)。

　　You need to take Bus 205 (發(fā)：two oh five)

　　她出生于1907年

　　My telephone number is 07781 020 560 (發(fā)：oh double seven eight one oh two oh five six oh 或者發(fā)：zero seven seven eight one zero two zero five six zero)

　　我的電話(huà)號(hào)碼是07781 020 560

　　如果是足球比賽會(huì)用“nil”代表零，如：和巴塞羅那隊(duì)的比分是3-0(發(fā)：three nil [n?l])
 

　
　美式英語(yǔ)有多種方式表達(dá)比賽得分中的“0”，如：洋基隊(duì)3-0戰(zhàn)勝了對(duì)手，“3-0”就可以說(shuō)成“three nothing/ three zero/ three zip”。
 

　　
如果是網(wǎng)球比分，會(huì)用“love”表示“0”，比分是30-0就說(shuō)成The score was thirty love.(30-0)

　　如果表示溫度，則用“zero”

小數(shù)點(diǎn)(英語(yǔ)中用“decimal point”來(lái)表示小數(shù)點(diǎn)，而不是網(wǎng)址中的“dot”),在英式英語(yǔ)中“zero”和“nought ”可以用在小數(shù)點(diǎn)之前和之后。美式英語(yǔ)則不用“nought”。
